This exercise is the introduction to loosening exercise 1 focusing on the "base" & body movements without the additional complexity of the arms. We work on the structural components needed to enable the correct "spiraling" action, transferring weight from leg to leg. In particular this exercise works out the hip joints ("kwaa"), the lower spine, & knees.
