TESTIMONIALS

I have been enjoying the Relaxed Mind Tai Chi Beginners lesson subscription for the last several months. The lessons are well done, easy to watch and follow. The lessons are broken down into several shorter easily digestible clips. Lee Chang does a great job or answering any email questions that I have had. Over all I would highly recommend this series to anyone who is interested in a deeper level of understanding in his teachers, Wee Kee Jin’s Tai Chi.

Greg  Kozeny MD

Lee,
Since I have started your online beginner course in Tai Chi I have notice tremendous positive changes in my body. The dept of my relaxation and energies flowing through the meridians are much more than before. I am sure that this will have a positive impact on my health.
Your lessons are well articulated and easily understood. The fact that you repeat yourself also helps as one quickly forgets the important points to keep in mind.
I also like the how you give different angles from the camera ,this is a real winner. One of the challenges of learning online is the lack of precision and this method definitely addresses this.
I would recommend your online course for both beginners and those that have been practising even for a couple of years like myself, it will definitely take you to a deeper level of understanding your body.

Respectfully
Eddy (Eddison Gibbons)

Dear Lee Chang Tye

Thank you very much! We practice everyday.
The effects are clear on my karate and on my sleeping.  My body is able to relax more during night. Very interesting effect  in my karate techniques. I feel specially clear using the up and down movement in my body in each technique. From my feet to my head. And my technique is faster and stronger, more like a whip.

Also very clear is the correction of my back leg. My back thigh has adjusted a little and now my back thigh is a little more vertical. And consequently I feel much more rooted with the floor in every technique.  I m very happy!
Best regards!

Following retirement I had trouble slowing down as I had been in a very demanding, busy and sometimes stressful position as a Nursing Executive. I decided to try Tai Chi with Lee Chang Tye and have been amazed at the benefits obtained from the activity. My sleep patterns have altered tremendously and I now have full night’s sleep. I am more relaxed both mentally and physically and have used techniques that I have learnt when I confront stressful situations with positive results. I have found Tai Chi a great way to switch off from the world and relax and that my ability to think things through objectively has improved. I enjoy the gentle soft flowing movements that not only is a great way to exercise, it also provides a wonderful calming effect and a feeling of wellbeing. The other positive for me is that my balance and coordination and posture has improved greatly since commencing Tai Chi.

I have been attending Lee Chang Tye’s, Relaxed Mind Tai Chi classes for about a year.
Initially, I went to my first class, with the aim of strengthen my problem knees but was pleasantly surprised with the additional benefits I obtained both physically and mentally by attending weekly classes.
My knees are definitely stronger, however, I have also found Tai Chi to be like a reset button for my life. The break away from my normal crazy routine, allows me to simply stop, catch my breath, listen to my body and clear my mind. I can then go into the next week of crazy, with the required energy and clearer thinking to tackle and resolve any issue. As a result, I feel this makes me more productive in my roles as a ... mother, wife and business manager.
Thank you Lee Chang!

Yours sincerely

"I have been attending Relaxed Mind Tai Chi classes conducted by Mr. Lee Chang Tye for the last 3 months. In that time I have found that my mobility levels have increased and that my balance has improved.
I am a 70 year old insulin dependent Diabetic recovering from autonomic neuropathy and Tai Chi is the only exercise that has benefited me in such a manner. Relaxed Mind Tai Chi can be recommended to anyone of any age or fitness.

Mr. Tye is an extremely patient instructor and takes the time to ensure each participant enjoys the benefits of such an ancient and traditional form of gentle exercise."

"A brilliant instructor. As a total beginner in Tai Chi I value all the requirements of an instructor that Lee Chang possesses...knowledge and the ability to pass that on without at any time making me feel inadequate, a patient and methodical approach and more .. his picture paints a thousand words." (Lynne Croft)

Hello Lee Chang,
I was at your course at the Helensvale Library on Monday. I have suffered from neck pain for a long time and most types of exercise seem to aggravate the problem making my neck muscles very tight. Even though we didn't do a full Tai Chi lesson I found that the pain in my neck was considerably better this morning. Thanks again for the great lesson yesterday.

Regards
Anita Kelly
