My first ever youtube video - lot of work but exciting nonetheless. This is a deceptively simple exercise from my upcoming DVD of simplified, mindful Tai Chi exercises that involves the upward rising & sinking movements of the body in synchronization with the lifting/expansion and dropping/contraction of the arms. Everybody from complete novices to experienced students can benefit from repeatedly practicing this exercise as there are many aspects to develop. Appropriate for almost any age - put it on and give it a go. It's more difficult and intense than you think.
These are my thoughts about various aspects of Tai Chi. They may or may not be original and I try to give credit where credit is due.
